We all are learning more about neighbours in London Ontario who are experiencing poverty. Those who are living on the street or in shelters, perhaps evicted from apartments, leaving broken relationships, suffering from job loss, unable to make ends meet, in desperate situations.
We often feel helpless in what we can do to assist the growing numbers of those in need. Many of those who provided assistance to others in the past and now need assistance themselves. Maybe you are one of these.
It’s just so important that whoever it is that finds themselves in need of assistance, to know what is available and how to access it.
The following is a list with links of just some of the organizations offering assistance to those that need it.
Also if you click
HERE, you will land at a chart that gives specific details on many of the services available.
We ALL need help sometimes so if it is use, please use the resources listed here. If you know of someone in need, please share this information with them.
